Right of withdrawal

This is a translation for your convenience; the German version is the legally binding one.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise this right you must inform me, Alexander Baruschke, Bramfelder Dorfplatz 4a, 22179 Hamburg, Germany, kontakt@rualba.group, of your decision by a clear statement. You may use the model withdrawal form below.

You can also withdraw online: use the button “Withdraw from contract” at the foot of every page. We confirm receipt by email without delay.

Early expiry for digital content

For a contract on the supply of digital content not delivered on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal expires once I have begun performance, you have expressly agreed that I begin before the withdrawal period ends, you have confirmed your awareness that by giving this consent you lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins, and I have provided you with a confirmation under section 312f of the German Civil Code. This follows from section 356(5) no. 2 of the German Civil Code. The order process has two separate checkboxes for this. Without both of them the result is not released immediately and the right of withdrawal remains in place for the full fourteen days.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw effectively, I will refund all payments without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days of receiving your notice. The refund goes back to the account the payment came from. You will not be charged any fee for the refund.
